Reports of 4" or more:
none

No new was snow reported.
The most snow reported on the ground was 1.7" at Idaho Springs, Colorado. (This station is CO-CC-19 and they report more snow on the ground than they report new snow so far in October, I'm thinking they are either confused on how to report snow or they are not reporting their new snow correctly.)
