Westmoreland Weather
There was 0.59" of precipitation in the gauge this morning. The 5:00 AM temperature was 51º F, there were no stars visible (cloudy), rain was falling with lightning and thunder, and winds were calm. The barometer reading was -0.05" since yesterday morning. (29.91 inches Hg on non calibrated barometer.)

Forecast
Today
The forecast for today is for a low in the upper 40's, a high in the low 60's, with cloudy skies. Winds will be from the south at 5-10 mph. There is a 90% chance of showers with possible thunderstorms today and a near 100% chance of showers and thunderstorms with hail, heavy rains, high winds, and tornado's possible.

The low today was 50ºF and the high was 64ºF. It was cloudy at 6 PM. The leading edge of the storm system arrived at around 9:30 PM and the intense part of the storm system passed through at around 10:30 PM. There were high winds and a brief period of heavy rain, but no damage in our immediate area.

The forecast for tomorrow is for a low in the mid 40's and a high in the upper 40's with mostly cloudy skies in the morning clearing to partly cloudy in the afternoon.

Saturday
The forecast for the day after tomorrow is for a low in the mid 30's and a high in the mid 50's with partly cloudy skies.

The most precipitation reported in Tennessee was 0.05" at Monterey. There were 253 reports from Tennessee.
The most precipitation reported in Sumner County, Tennessee was a trace at Westmoreland.

The most precipitation reported in Texas was 0.20" at Andice. There were 500 reports from Texas.

The most precipitation reported in Tarrant County, Texas was a trace at Fort Worth and Watauga.

The most precipitation reported in Michigan was 0.15" at Niles. There were 94 reports from Michigan. The most new snow was 1.1" at Western Michigan University.
The most precipitation reported in Berrien County, Michigan was 0.15" at Niles. The most new snow was 0.7" at Buchanan.
