There was no precipitation in the gauge this morning. The 5:00 AM temperature was 39º F, there were few stars visible (cloudy or mostly cloudy), and winds were calm. The barometer reading was unchanged since yesterday morning. (29.95 inches Hg on non calibrated barometer.)

Forecast
Today
The forecast for today is for a low in the upper 30's and a high in the low 60's with mostly cloudy skies. Winds will be from the southeast at 10-20 mph. There is a 20% chance of showers or thunderstorms this afternoon and a near 100% chance of showers or thunderstorms tonight.

The low today was 38ºF and the high was 58ºF. It was cloudy with a sprinkle at 6 PM. There was thunder heard at around 10:30 PM with rain on the roof, and there was rain on the roof at 1 AM and 3:30 AM on 3/9, but no thunder.

The most precipitation reported in Tennessee was 1.51" at Jonesborough. There were 266 reports from Tennessee. The most new snow was 2.9" at Erwin.
No precipitation was reported in Sumner County, Tennessee.

The most precipitation reported in Texas was 0.06" at Dripping Springs. There were 450 reports from Texas.

No precipitation was reported in Tarrant County, Texas.

The most precipitation reported in Michigan was 0.08" at Fennville. There were 95 reports from Michigan. The most new snow was 1.1" at Chatham and Watersmeet.
No precipitation was reported in Berrien County, Michigan.
