The most precipitation reported in Tennessee was 0.38" at Cookville (seems unlikely). There were 210 reports from Tennessee.  
No precipitation was reported in Sumner County, Tennessee.  
    
The most precipitation reported in Texas was 0.31" at Jollyville. There were 446 reports from Texas.
No precipitation was reported in Tarrant County, Texas.   

The most precipitation reported in Michigan was a trace at Houghton. There were 99 reports from Michigan.
No precipitation was reported in Berrien County, Michigan.

So far 5959 CoCoRaHS entries have been made and the greatest amount of precipitation reported was 2.98" at Brookings, Oregon.
