Westmoreland Weather
There was a trace of precipitation (snow flurries) in the gauge this morning. There was a trace of snow on the ground. The 5:00 AM temperature was 22º F, it was clear or mostly clear, and winds were calm. The barometer reading was +0.21" since yesterday morning. (29.95 inches Hg on non calibrated barometer.)

The forecast for today is for a low in the low 20's and a high in the low 40's with partly cloudy skies. Winds will be from the west at 5-10 mph. There is a chance of scattered snow showers in the early evening tonight.

The low today was 20ºF and the high was 47ºF. It was partly cloudy most of the day.

The forecast for tomorrow is for a low in the mid 20's and a high in the low 40's with clear skies.

The forecast for the day after tomorrow is for a low in the upper 20's and a high in the mid 50's with mostly cloudy skies. there is a 30% chance of showers during the day and an 80% chance Monday night with a thunderstorm possible.

1/13/2012 CoCoRaHS reports (from reports that looked legitimate as of time of blog entry) -
The most precipitation reported in Tennessee was 1.28" at Rockwood. There were 272 reports from Tennessee. The most new snow was 3.3" at Crossville.
The most precipitation reported in Sumner County, Tennessee was 0.11" at Gallatin. The most new snow was 0.6" at Westmoreland.           
    
No precipitation was reported in Texas. There were 521 reports from Texas.   
No precipitation was reported in Tarrant County, Texas.  
   
The most precipitation reported in Michigan was 1.26" at Grand Rapids. There were 125 reports from Michigan. The most new snow was 8.9" at Kalamazoo.    
The most precipitation reported in Berrien County, Michigan was 1.05" at Buchanan. The most new snow was 8.0" at Buchanan.  
   
So far 6968 CoRaHS entries have been made and the greatest amount of precipitation reported was 1.61" at Biddeford, Maine.
