The forecast for today is for a low in the mid 50's and a high in the upper 70's with mostly skies. Winds will be from the southwest at around 5-10 mph increasing to 20-25 mph with gusts to 35mph. There is a 70% chance of showers and thunderstorms today, mainly after 2 PM and most likely ending by 10 PM.

The low today was 42ºF and the high was 79ºF. At 6 PM the temperature was 66ºF, the sky was mostly cloudy with a shower, there was 0.08" of rain in the gauge from earlier in the day, and the barometer read 29.38".

The most precipitation reported in Tennessee was 1.98" at Celina. There were 323 reports from Tennessee.
The most precipitation reported in Sumner County, Tennessee was 1.02" at Hendersonville. 
    
The most precipitation reported in Texas was 0.15" at Center. There were 544 reports from Texas.    
No precipitation was reported in Tarrant County, Texas.   
   
The most precipitation reported in Michigan was 0.76" at Alpena and Garden Conrners. There were 115 reports from Michigan. The most new snow was 9.0" at Garden Corners.
The most precipitation reported in Berrien County, Michigan was 0.08" at Watervliet.   
   
So far 7227 CoRaHS entries have been made and the greatest amount of precipitation reported was 2.62" at Newnan, Georgia.
