The most precipitation reported in Tennessee was 1.48" at Ramer. There were 313 reports from Tennessee.
The most precipitation reported in Sumner County, Tennessee was 0.95" at Portland.  

    

The most precipitation reported in Texas was 2.67" at Jasper. There were 694 reports from Texas.    

The most precipitation reported in Tarrant County, Texas was 0.20" at Fort Worth.    
                               

The most precipitation reported in Michigan was 0.90" at Saginaw. There were 158 reports from Michigan. The most new snow reported was 0.1" at Gaylord.  
The most precipitation reported in Berrien County, Michigan was 0.32" at Buchanan.
