Westmoreland Weather
There was 0.28" in the rain gauge this morning. The 5:00 AM temperature was 54ºF, the sky was cloudy, and winds were calm.

The forecast for today is for a high in the mid 60's, a low in the mid 40's, and partly cloudy sky's.

The low today was 48ºF and the high was 62ºF. The day started out cloudy (with presumably a little precipitation to account for the trace in the gauge) and gradually worked its way to clear by evening.

Last year on the 17th the low was 64ºF, the high was 76ºF, and 0.23" of rain was recorded for this CoCoRaHS station.

10/16/2008 CoCoRaHS reports (as of time of blog entry) -
The most rain reported in Tennessee was 0.53" at Memphis. There were 290 reports from Tennessee.
The most rain recorded in Texas was 6.71" at Houston. There were 525 reports from Texas.
The most rain recorded in Tarrant County, Texas was 1.57 at Grand Prairie.
So far 5435 CoCoRaHS entries have been made and the greatest amount of rain was 6.71" at Houston, Texas.
No new snow was reported. The greatest amount of snow on the ground was 7.3" at Sleetmute, Alaska .
