the most precipitation reported in Sumner County, Tennessee was a trace at Portland.
The most precipitation reported in Texas was 3.59" at Jasper. There were 704 reports from Texas.
The most precipitation reported in Tarrant County, Texas was 0.62" at Grapevine.
