There was no precipitation in the gauge this morning. The 5:00 AM temperature was 57º F, there were no stars visible (cloudy or mostly cloudy), and winds were calm. The barometer reading was -0.05" since yesterday morning. (29.97 inches Hg on non calibrated barometer.)

The forecast for today is for a low in the mid 50's and a high in the low 80's with mostly cloudy skies. Winds will be from the south at 5-15 mph and gusts to 25 mph. There is a 50% chance of showers or thunderstorms today and a 30% chance tonight.

The low today was 53ºF and the high was 82ºF. It was cloudy most of the morning with some light showers from the edge of storms that went north of us. The afternoon was partly cloudy and breezy.

The most precipitation reported in Tennessee was 1.48" at Knoxville. There were 310 reports from Tennessee. 
The most precipitation reported in Sumner County, Tennessee was 0.04" at Westmoreland.

The most precipitation reported in Texas was 0.86" at Brackettville and De Kalb. There were 488 reports from Texas.
The most precipitation reported in Tarrant County, Texas was 0.54" at Rendon.

The most precipitation reported in Michigan was 0.27" at Alpena and Paradise. There were 120 reports from Michigan. The most new snow was 1.7" at Paradise.
The most precipitation reported in Berrien County, Michigan was 0.01" at Buchanan, Niles, and Stevensville.

So far 7139 CoCoRaHS entries have been made and the greatest amount of precipitation reported was 4.16" at Pontotoc, Mississippi.
