The most precipitation reported in Tennessee was 1.56" at Signal Mountain. There were 257 reports from Tennessee. The most new snow was 0.8" at Erwin.
The most precipitation reported in Sumner County, Tennessee was 0.29" at Westmoreland.  
    
The most precipitation reported in Texas was 0.04" at Uvalde. There were 485 reports from Texas.  
No precipitation was reported in Tarrant County, Texas.  
   
The most precipitation reported in Michigan was 0.52" at Adrian. There were 102 reports from Michigan. The most new snow was 3.2" at Litchfield.
The most precipitation reported in Berrien County, Michigan was 0.22" at Buchanan. The most new snow was 1.3" at Buchanan.
