The most precipitation reported in Tennessee was 2.41" at Roan Mountain. There were 317 reports from Tennessee. The most new snow was 3.0" at Oakland.
The most precipitation reported in Sumner County, Tennessee was 0.06" at Westmoreland.  
    
The most precipitation reported in Texas was 0.46" at Marshall. There were 513 reports from Texas.   
The most precipitation reported in Tarrant County, Texas was 0.02" at Fort Worth.
  
The most precipitation reported in Michigan was 0.07" at Harbor Springs. There were 111 reports from Michigan. The most new snow was 0.5" at Eaton Rapids and Houghton.
No precipitation was reported in Berrien County, Michigan.
