Westmoreland Weather
There was no rain in the gauge this morning. The 5:30 AM temperature was 73ºF, the sky was partly cloudy, and winds were calm.

The forecast for today is for a high in the upper 80's and partly cloudy skies.

The low last year on the 13th was 54ºF and the high was 79ºF and no rain was recorded on CoCoRaHS for our station.

Weather Fact

9/12/2008 CoCoRaHS reports (as of time of blog entry) -
The most rain reported in Tennessee was 1.60" at Standing Stone State Park. There were 295 reports from Tennessee. (Our station's 0.65" was the second most rain so far recorded in Tennessee on the 12th)
The most rain recorded in Texas was 8.05" at Woodrow. There were 380 reports from Texas.
The most rain recorded in Tarrant County, Texas was 0.04" at Fort Worth.
So far 5880 CoCoRaHS entries have been made and the greatest amount of rain was 8.21" at Udall, Kansas. 12 of the top 20 reports are from Lubbock County Texas, which had 18 reports of 4" or more. There were 9 reports of more than 5" from Kansas.
