Westmoreland Weather
There was no rain in the gauge this morning. The 5:30 AM temperature was 76ºF, the sky was partly cloudy, and winds were estimated to 19-24 mph.

The forecast for today is for a high in the lower 80's, mostly cloudy skies, and a 60% chance of showers.

The low today was 64ºF and the high was 89ºF. A shower came through around noon for 0.10" of rain, but that was all the rain we got from what was left of Ike.

The low last year on the 14th was 54ºF and the high was 83ºF and 0.10" of rain was recorded on CoCoRaHS for our station.

9/13/2008 CoCoRaHS reports (as of time of blog entry) -
The most rain reported in Tennessee was 0.27" at Greeneville. There were 251 reports from Tennessee.
The most rain recorded in Texas was 8.32" at Southside Place in Harris County at 2:30 PM. There were 320 reports from Texas.
The most rain recorded in Tarrant County, Texas was 0.71" at North Richland Hills at 6:30 PM.
So far 5100 CoCoRaHS entries have been made and the greatest amount of rain was 9.81" at Maize, Kansas. The reports for Hurricane Ike should show in reports for 9/14/2008 for rain that fell 9/13.
