The low today was 44º F and the high was 75º F and it was partly cloudy all day. The Bradford Pear trees were today noticed for the first time this year to be blooming and the Weeping Willow have begun to leaf out.

The most precipitation reported in Tennessee was 0.01" at Manchester. There were 245 reports from Tennessee.
The most precipitation reported in Sumner County, Tennessee was a trace at Westmoreland.
The most precipitation reported in Texas was 0.01" at Richmond. There were 286 reports from Texas.
There was no precipitation reported in Tarrant County, Texas.
So far, 4738 CoCoRaHS entries have been made and the greatest amount of precipitation reported was 3.63" at Fair Oaks, Indiana.

The most new snow reported was 7.8" at Clark Fork, Idaho and Libby, Montana.
