Westmoreland Weather
There was 0.11" of precipitation in the gauge this morning. The 5:30 AM temperature was 66ºF, the sky was cloudy with a heavy sprinkle falling and winds were calm.

The forecast for today is for a low in the low 60's, a high in the mid 80's, mostly cloudy skies in the morning and partly cloudy in the afternoon, and light south winds becoming west winds 5-10 mph. There is a 20% chance of showers or thunderstorms today.

The low today was 66º F and the high was 81º F. There were thunderstorms nearby around 2:15 PM and again around 4 PM. We got little rain, but lightening was less than a mile away in the second storm.

The most precipitation reported in Tennessee was 1.43" at Silver Point. There were 254 reports from Tennessee.
The most precipitation reported in Sumner County, Tennessee was 0.95" at Bethpage.
The most precipitation reported in Texas was 3.78" at Needville. There were 485 reports from Texas.
No precipitation was reported in Tarrant County, Texas.
So far 5407 CoCoRaHS entries have been made and the greatest amount of precipitation was 3.80" at Cape Coral, Florida
