2/4/2010 CoCoRaHS reports (from reports that looked legitimate as of time of blog entry) -
The most precipitation reported in Tennessee was 0.57" at Memphis. There were 274 reports from Tennessee.
No precipitation was reported in Sumner County, Tennessee.
The most precipitation reported in Texas was 3.15" at Orange Grove. The most new snow was 8.1" at Texline. There were 745 reports from Texas.
The most precipitation reported in Tarrant County, Texas was 0.44" at Fort worth and North Richland Hills.
So far 6678 CoCoRaHS entries have been made and the greatest amount of precipitation reported was 3.15" at Orange Grove, Texas.
The most new snow reported was 12.0" at Cloudcroft, New Mexico.
The most snow reported on the ground was 90.0" at Soda Springs, California.
There was 0.72" of precipitation in the gauge this morning. The 5:30 AM temperature was 40º F, the sky was cloudy with a light rain falling, and winds were estimated to be 4-7 mph. The barometer reading was -0.16 since yesterday's reading. (29.85 in Hg on non calibrated barometer).
