The most precipitation reported in Tennessee was 1.84" at Savannah. There was 5.0" of new snow at Clarksville. There were 319 reports from Tennessee.
The most precipitation reported in Sumner County, Tennessee was 0.85" at Portland. 2.0" of new snow was reported at Portland.
The most precipitation reported in Texas was 2.30" at Smithville. There was 0.8" of new snow at Panhandle. There were 668 reports from Texas.
The most precipitation reported in Tarrant County, Texas was 0.94" at Mansfield.
