Wind damage to a Bradford Pear tree in front yard. Fortunately it fell away from the house and did no damage to the house.

There was 0.27" of precipitation in the gauge this morning. The line of storms came through yesterday around 1 PM and did a little mischief with a Bradford Pear in the front yard. The 5:30 AM temperature was 43º F, the sky was partly cloudy and winds were estimated to be 4-7 mph with stronger gusts.

The forecast for today is for the low in the mid 30s and the high in the upper 50s with partly cloudy skies.

Last year on the 12th the low was 26ºF, the high was 54ºF, and 0.09" of precipitation was recorded for this CoCoRaHS station.

The most precipitation reported in Sumner County, Tennessee was 0.05" at Gallatin.
The most precipitation reported in Texas was1.28" at Shady Shores. There were 543 reports from Texas.
The most precipitation reported in Tarrant County, Texas was 0.69" at Fort Worth.
So far, 5739 CoCoRaHS entries have been made and the greatest amount of precipitation reported that looked legitimate was 3.88" at Montrose, Illinois.

The most new snow reported was 11.4" at Trinity Center, California.
The most snow reported on the ground was 60.5" at Crested Butte, Colorado.
