Westmoreland Weather
There was 0.64" of precipitation in the gauge this morning. The 5:30 AM temperature was 52º F, it was raining and winds were estimated to be 1-3 mph. A line of thunderstorms went through between 4:30 AM and 5 AM and the rain at 5:30 was the remainder of that. There was still some lightning in the area. The majority of the rain came from this line of thunderstorms and the heavy rain lasted 10 to 15 minutes.

The forecast for today is for the low in the mid 30s and the high in the low 60s with mostly cloudy skies during the day and a 50% chance of rain this afternoon and a 60% chance of rain tonight.

The low today was 42º F and the high was 64º F. It was cloudy all day.

The most precipitation reported in Tennessee was 0.35" at Cross Plains. There were 319 reports from Tennessee.
The most precipitation reported in Sumner County, Tennessee was 0.25" at Gallatin.
There was 0.02" of precipitation reported in Texas at Utopia. There were 363 reports from Texas.
No precipitation was reported in Tarrant County, Texas.
So far, 5406 CoCoRaHS entries have been made and the greatest amount of precipitation reported was 1.73" at Rhododendron, Oregon.

The most new snow reported was 15.0" at Sequim, Washington.
The most snow reported on the ground was 70.0" at Crested Butte, Colorado.
