Westmoreland Weather
There was no precipitation in the gauge this morning. The 5:30 AM temperature was 68º F, the sky was cloudy, and winds were estimated to be 13-18 mph with stronger gusts. The barometer reading was +0.01" since yesterday. (29.85 in Hg on non calibrated barometer).

Forecast
Today
The forecast for today is for a low in the low 70's, a high in the mid 70's , with cloudy skies and a 80% chance of showers or thunderstorms, some storms may be severe with hail and/or a tornado. Winds will be from the south 10-15 mph with gusts up to 25 mph.

The low today was 61º F and the high was 70º F. There was rain all day starting at around 6:15 AM and continuing all day with some fairly heavy, we had around 3.5" of rain during the day at my CoCoRaHS station. Other parts of Middle Tennessee had rain amounts well over 10" with major flooding in several communities, including Nashville. Overnight there was some respite with not much rain until after 6 AM on Sunday at our location.

The forecast for tomorrow is for a low in the mid 50's and a high in the mid 70's with cloudy skies and a 90% chance of showers or thunderstorms. Some storms may produce heavy rains.

Monday
The forecast for the day after tomorrow is for a low in the mid 50's and a high in the mid 70's with cloudy skies clearing to partly cloudy. There will be a 30% chance of showers.

No precipitation was reported in Sumner County, Tennessee.

No precipitation was reported in Tarrant County, Texas.
