Westmoreland Weather
There was no precipitation in the gauge this morning. There was 2" of snow on the ground. There was 0.13" of water in my core sample. The 5:00 AM temperature was 23º F, there were no stars visible (cloudy or mostly cloudy), and winds were calm. The barometer reading was unchanged since yesterday. (29.97 inches Hg on non calibrated barometer).

Forecast
Today
The forecast for today is for a low in the upper teens, a high in the low 30's, with cloudy skies. Winds will be from the southeast at around 5 mph. There is a slight chance of snow or sleet before noon, then a 50% chance of rain, freezing rain, and sleet in the afternoon with accumulation of 0.5" possible, then a near 100% chance of freezing rain changing to rain after midnight.

The low today was 21º F and the high was 33º F. It was cloudy all day and there was a sprinkle at 6 PM. At 9 PM there was a light freezing rain and a glaze of ice formed on exposed surfaces.
