Westmoreland TN Weather
4.74" of rain was in the rain gauge this morning, most of which came after I went to bed at 10 PM. I woke up around 2 AM and it was raining what sounded like a fairly strong rain at that time and it was still raining, though not as hard when I got up at 4:40 AM. The 5:30 AM temperature was 71ºF, a light rain was falling, and no noticeable wind was observed.
Interestingly enough, last year we had received over 4 inches of rain (4.12") at the time I made my 5:30 AM CoCoRaHS observation on July 11.

The forecast for today is for highs in the mid 80's and a 50% chance of rain.

The low for today was 67ºF and the high was 82ºF. The rain ended after 6 AM and the sky cleared to partly cloudy by the time I got home around 5PM.

Weather Fact
