Westmoreland Weather
The rain gauge was empty, the 5:30 AM temperature was 61ºF, the sky was clear, and no noticeable wind was observed.

The forecast for today is for highs in the mid 80's and mostly clear sky's.

The low for today was 61ºF and the high was 82ºF. It was overcast in the evening from around 5PM when I got home till dark.

Weather Fact
Tennessee's highest recorded temperature was 113ºF in Perryville on August 9, 1930. (2008 The World Almanac and Book of Facts).

7/23/2008 CoCoRaHS reports (entered at time of blog entry) -

  • The most rain recorded in Tennessee was 2.54" in Savannah.
  • The most rain in Texas was 4.30" in Corpus Christi.
  • No rain was recorded in Tarrant County, Texas.
  • So far 5124 CoCoRaHS entries have been made and the greatest amount of rain was 4.87" at Palm Bay, Florida.
