8/19/2008 CoCoRaHS reports (as of time of blog entry) -
The most rain reported in Tennessee was 0.67" at Huntland.
The most rain in Texas was 5.50" at Lott.
The most rain recorded in Tarrant County, Texas was 3.87" at Azle. (17 stations in Tarrant county reported rain and the least amount was 0.54" at Arlington).
So far 5204 CoCoRaHS entries have been made and the greatest amount of rain was 10.0" at Jensen Beach,Florida. (This report seems a little bit of an estimate to me based on the comment that it was emailed to whoever entered it. A station near Sun Valley, Florida reported 8.01" and seems more likely to be an actual measurement.)
