Westmoreland Weather
There was no rain in the gauge this morning. The 5:30 AM temperature was 68ºF, the sky was partly cloudy, and winds were calm.

The forecast for today is for highs in the mid 80's and mostly cloudy skies and a 20% chance of showers.

The low for today was 67ºF and the high was 83ºF. It was mostly cloudy all day.

8/23/2008 CoCoRaHS reports (as of time of blog entry) -
The most rain reported in Tennessee was 1.18" at Bartlett.
The most rain in Texas was 3.30" at Crystal City.
No rain was recorded in Tarrant County, Texas.
So far 4367 CoCoRaHS entries have been made and the greatest amount of rain was 8.00" at Hilliard, Florida.

49 stations in Florida have had rainfall totals of more than 10" from the 8/19 through 8/23 reporting dates which means generally the rain fell 8/18 through 8/22. The most reported was 25.28" at Melbourne Beach. 4 stations reported more than 20" for this period. Fay was a wet behemoth.
