Westmoreland Weather
There was no rain in the gauge this morning, the 5:30 AM temperature was 75ºF, the sky was mostly cloudy, and winds were 1-3 mph.

The forecast for today is for highs in the lower 90's and partly cloudy skies with a 20% chance of showers.

The low today was 72ºF and the high was 90ºF for the second straight day. It was cloudy or mostly cloudy most of the day and there were a few drops of precipitation in the morning around 9:30.

8/20/2008 CoCoRaHS reports (as of time of blog entry) -
The most rain reported in Tennessee was 1.23" at Altamont.
The most rain in Texas was 8.16" at Fairview.
The most rain recorded in Tarrant County, Texas was 1.82" at Westover Hills. (17 stations in Tarrant county reported rain and the least amount was 0.04" at Mansfield and Bedford).
So far 5213 CoCoRaHS entries have been made and the greatest amount of rain was 14.55" at Palm Shores,Florida. The second most rain was also at Palm Shores and was 13.65". In the comment for this report it was stated that Fay had so far precipitated 19.85" as of 6:14 AM on 8/21.
