There was a trace of precipitation in the gauge this morning. The 5:30 AM temperature was 45ºF, the sky was cloudy and winds were estimated to be 1-3 mph with stronger gusts.

The forecast for today is for a low in the low 40's, a high in the mid 50's, and mostly cloudy skies.

The low today was 45º F and the high 49º F. It was mostly cloudy all day.

Last year on the 15th the low was 27º F, the high was 64º F, and 0.01" of precipitation was recorded for this CoCoRaHS station.

4/14/2009 CoCoRaHS reports (from reports that looked legitimate as of time of blog entry) -
The most precipitation reported in Tennessee was 2.10" at Viola. There were 366 reports from Tennessee.
The most precipitation reported in Sumner County, Tennessee was 0.98" at Westmoreland.
The most precipitation reported in Texas was 0.05" at Dilley. There were 412 reports from Texas.
No precipitation was reported in Tarrant County, Texas.
So far 6064 CoCoRaHS entries have been made and the greatest amount of precipitation was 4.48" at Wacissa, Florida.

The most new snow reported was 19.0" at Paradise Ranger Station (Mount Rainier NP), Washington. (The comment for this station says that they have 189" snow depth and have had 630" of snow for the 2008/2009 season. Their reports started April 1st and they have reported snow depth just once, 14.8" on April 12. They do report 47.5" of snow so far in April, but 630" seems like lot.)
The greatest amount of snow on the ground was 59.0" at Crested Butte, Colorado.
