There was a trace of precipitation in the gauge this morning. The 5:30 AM temperature was 37ºF, the sky was mostly clear and winds were calm.

The forecast for today is for a low in the mid 40's, a high in the mid 60's, and partly cloudy skies.

The most precipitation reported in Sumner County, Tennessee was 2.23 at Portland.
The most precipitation reported in Texas was 1.15" at Lexington. There were 400 reports from Texas.
No precipitation was reported in Tarrant County, Texas.
So far 6057 CoCoRaHS entries have been made and the greatest amount of precipitation was 6.53" at Baxley, Georgia.

The most new snow reported was 9.0" at Crested Butte, Colorado.
The greatest amount of snow on the ground was 76.0" at Crested Butte, Colorado.
