The most precipitation reported in Tennessee was 0.21" at Clarkrange, Greeneville, Pleasant Hill, and Smithville. There were 256 reports from Tennessee. The most new snow was 4.5" at Clarkrange.
The most precipitation reported in Sumner County, Tennessee was 0.04" at Portland. The most new snow reported was 0.8" at Westmoreland.

The most precipitation reported in Texas was 0.20" at Laredo. There were 457 reports from Texas.
No precipitation was reported in Tarrant County, Texas.


The most precipitation reported in Michigan was 0.81" at Newport. There were 115 reports from Michigan. The most new snow reported was 8.0" at St. Clair.
