There was no precipitation in the gauge this morning and 0.5" of snow on the ground(core 0.07"). The 5:00 AM temperature was 25º F, there were few stars visible (partly cloudy or mostly cloudy), and winds were calm. The barometer reading was +0.04" since yesterday morning. (29.92 inches Hg on non calibrated barometer).

Forecast
Today
The forecast for today is for a low in the mid 20's, a high in the mid 30's, with mostly cloudy skies. Winds will be from the northeast at around 5 mph. There is a 20% chance of snow in the afternoon and then a 30% chance of snow tonight. Little accumulation is expected.

The low today was 22ºF and the high was 40ºF. It was mostly clear in the morning, then increasing clouds until late afternoon when it was cloudy.

The forecast for tomorrow is for a low in the mid 20's and a high in the mid 40's with cloudy skies. There is a 30% chance of snow in the morning, then rain in the afternoon before changing back to snow Monday night with a 40% chance of snow.

Tuesday
The forecast for the day after tomorrow is for a low in the mid 30's and a high in the upper 30's with cloudy skies. There is a slight chance of snow in the morning then a 50% chance of rain in the afternoon.

The most precipitation reported in Tennessee was 0.06" at Greeneville. There were 225 reports from Tennessee.
No precipitation was reported in Sumner County, Tennessee.

The most precipitation reported in Texas was 0.03" at Point Comfort. There were 412 reports from Texas.
No precipitation was reported in Tarrant County, Texas.


The most precipitation reported in Michigan was 0.27" at Grand Junction and Muskegon. There were 90 reports from Michigan. The most new snow reported was 11.5" at Muskegon.
The most precipitation reported in Berrien County, Michigan was 0.12" at Niles. The most new snow was 2.1" at Niles.

So far 5461 CoCoRaHS entries have been made and the greatest amount of precipitation reported was 2.07" at Juneau, Alaska (it was rain).
