Westmoreland Weather
There was a trace of precipitation in the gauge this morning. There was a trace of snow on the ground. The 5:00 AM temperature was 33º F, there were no stars visible (cloudy or mostly cloudy), a sprinkle of rain was falling, and winds were calm.
