The most precipitation reported in Tennessee was 3.20" at Ardmore. There were 312 reports from Tennessee.
The most precipitation reported in Sumner County, Tennessee was 0.93" at Westmoreland (6 PM report).
The most precipitation reported in Texas was 0.39" at De Kalb. There were 389 reports from Texas. The most new snow was 0.7" at El Paso.
No precipitation was reported in Tarrant County, Texas.

The most precipitation reported in Michigan was 0.90" at Hastings. There were 110 reports from Michigan. The most new snow reported was 0.3" at White Cloud.
The most precipitation reported in Berrien County, Michigan was 0.40" at Niles.
