There was a trace of precipitation in the gauge this morning. The 5:30 AM temperature was 57ºF, the sky was cloudy and winds were calm.

The forecast for today is for a low in the mid 50's, a high in the mid 70's, with partly cloudy skies.

The low today was 57º F and the high was 69º F. It was cloudy much of the morning with a brief shower early. The afternoon was partly cloudy.

Last year on the 5th the low was 41º F, the high was 72º F, and no precipitation was recorded for this CoCoRaHS station.

The most precipitation reported in Tennessee was 3.93" at Pleasant Hill. There were 376 reports from Tennessee.
The most precipitation reported in Sumner County, Tennessee was 1.09" at Westmoreland.
The most precipitation reported in Texas was 4.34" at Jasper. There were 431 reports from Texas.
The most precipitation reported in Tarrant County, Texas was a trace at two locations.
So far 6264 CoCoRaHS entries have been made and the greatest amount of precipitation was 6.16" at Helena, Arkansas.

The most new snow reported was 3.2" at Breckenridge, Colorado.
The greatest amount of snow on the ground was 30.0" at Kingvale, California.
