Westmoreland Weather
There was no precipitation in the gauge this morning. The 5:30 AM temperature was 28ºF, the sky was mostly clear, and winds were estimated to be 4-7 mph. There was a light frost.

The forecast for today is for a high around 40, a low in the lower 20's, with partly cloudy sky's.

The low today was 23ºF and the high was 40ºF. It was mostly cloudy or partly cloudy during the day.

Last year on the 18th the low was 38ºF, the high was 60ºF, and no precipitation was recorded for this CoCoRaHS station.

The most precipitation reported in Tennessee was 0.60" at Standing Stone State Park. (I think Standing Stone State Park reports are suspect, the second most reported was 0.05" at Brentwood) There were 306 reports from Tennessee.
No precipitation was reported in Texas. There were 331 reports from Texas.
No precipitation was reported in Tarrant County, Texas.
So far, 5248 CoCoRaHS entries have been made and the greatest amount of precipitation was 1.59" at Erie, Pennsylvania.

The most new snow reported was 18.0" at Hinsdale, New York.
The most snow reported on the ground was 16.0" at Boonville, New York.
