Westmoreland Weather
There was no precipitation in the gauge this morning. The 5:30 AM temperature was 37ºF, the sky was clear, and winds were calm.

The forecast for today is for a high in the mid 40's, a low in the mid 20's, with partly cloudy sky's.

The low today was 31ºF and the high was 46ºF. The sky was clear and mostly clear until late afternoon when it became mostly cloudy with a sprinkle.

Last year on the 20th the low was 54ºF, the high was 63ºF, and 0.10" of precipitation was recorded for this CoCoRaHS station.

The most precipitation reported in Tennessee was a trace (less 0.01") at four locations. The most new snow was a trace at Mascot. There were 283 reports from Tennessee.
The most precipitation reported in Texas was 0.01" at Bay City. There were 319 reports from Texas.
No precipitation was reported in Tarrant County, Texas.
So far, 4932 CoCoRaHS entries have been made and the greatest amount of precipitation was 0.48" at McHenry, Maryland.

The most new snow reported was 7.9" at Village Green, New York.
The most snow reported on the ground was 18.0" at Hinsdale, New York.
