Westmoreland Weather
There was no precipitation in the gauge this morning. The 5:30 AM temperature was 24ºF, the sky was mostly clear, and winds were calm. There was a light frost.

The forecast for today is for a high in the low 50's, a low in the upper 30's, with partly cloudy sky's.

The low today was 24ºF and the high was 54º. It was clear and mostly clear through the morning, then clouded to cloudy by around 2 PM and was cloudy or mostly cloudy the rest of the day.

Last year on the 23rd the low was 30ºF, the high was 44ºF, and a trace (less than 0.01") of precipitation was recorded for this CoCoRaHS station.

The most precipitation reported in Tennessee was 0.03" at Mountain City. The same station reported 0.5" of new snow, with none on the ground. There were 244 reports from Tennessee.
The most precipitation reported in Texas was 0.25" at Laredo. There were 279 reports from Texas.
No precipitation was reported in Tarrant County, Texas.
So far, 4302 CoCoRaHS entries have been made and the greatest amount of precipitation was 1.23" at Erie, Pennsylvania.

The most new snow reported was 9.0" at Phoenix, New York.
The most snow reported on the ground was 20.5" at Lead, South Dakota.
