Westmoreland Weather
There was no precipitation in the gauge this morning. The 5:30 AM temperature was 17ºF, the sky was clear, and winds were calm. There was a light frost.

The forecast for today is for a high in the mid 40's, a low in the low 20's, with partly cloudy sky's.

The low today was 16ºF and the high was 39ºF. It was cloudy all day.

The most precipitation reported in Tennessee was 0.19" at Erwin. The same station reported 2.4" of new snow, with none on the ground. There were 303 reports from Tennessee.
The most precipitation reported in Texas was 0.90" at Bay City and El Cenizo. There were 330 reports from Texas.
No precipitation was reported in Tarrant County, Texas.
So far, 5035 CoCoRaHS entries have been made and the greatest amount of precipitation was 1.62" at Erie, Pennsylvania.

The most new snow reported was 15.5" at North East, Pennsylvania.
