Westmoreland Weather
There was a trace (less than 0.01") of precipitation since yesterday morning. The 5:30 AM temperature was 29ºF, the sky was mostly cloudy, and winds were estimated to be 4-7 mph.

The forecast for today is for a high in the upper 30's, a low in the upper teens, with mostly clear sky's.

The low today was 18ºF and the high was 35ºF. It cleared off by 7:30 AM and was clear or mostly clear all day.

Last year on the 21st the low was 53ºF, the high was 69ºF, and no precipitation was recorded for this CoCoRaHS station.

The most precipitation reported in Tennessee was a trace (less 0.01") at Clarksville. There were 286 reports from Tennessee.
The most precipitation reported in Texas was 0.01" at Bay City and Lumberton. There were 325 reports from Texas.
No precipitation was reported in Tarrant County, Texas.
So far, 4976 CoCoRaHS entries have been made and the greatest amount of precipitation was 0.77" at Port Orford, Oregon.

The most new snow reported was 4.0" at Oswego, New York.
The most snow reported on the ground was 21.0" at Lead, South Dakota.
