Westmoreland Weather
There was no precipitation in the gauge this morning. The 5:30 AM temperature was 21ºF, the sky was clear and winds were calm. There was frost.

The forecast for today is for a low in the low 30's, a high in the mid 40's, and partly cloudy sky's.

The low today was 19ºF and the high was 50ºF. It was clear in the morning and became mostly cloudy in the late afternoon.

Last year on the 1st the low was 20ºF, the high was 38ºF, and a trace (less than 0.01") of precipitation was recorded for this CoCoRaHS station.

The most rain reported in Tennessee was 0.02" at Wartrace. There were 289 reports from Tennessee.
The most rain reported in Texas was 0.01" at Harlingen and Gonzales. There were 335 reports from Texas.
No rain was reported in Tarrant County, Texas.
So far 4725 CoCoRaHS entries have been made and the greatest amount of precipitation was 0.70" at Aurora, New York.

The most new snow reported was 10.6" at New Hartford, New York.
The greatest amount of snow on the ground was 58.5" at Soda Springs, California.
