Westmoreland Weather
There was no precipitation in the gauge this morning. The 5:30 AM temperature was 23ºF, the sky was partly cloudy and winds were calm. There was frost. At 7 AM there was fog.

The forecast for today is for the low in the low 30s and the high in the upper 40s with clear skies.

The low today was 39º F and the high was 64º F. It was clear or mostly clear all day.

Last year on the 31st the low was 23ºF, the high was 44ºF, and no precipitation was recorded for this CoCoRaHS station.

The most precipitation reported in Tennessee was 0.03" at Parsons. There were 270 reports from Tennessee. The most precipitation reported in Texas was 0.31" at Whitesboro. There were 317 reports from Texas.
The most precipitation reported in Tarrant County, Texas was a trace at Grapevine.
So far, 4751 CoCoRaHS entries have been made and the greatest amount of precipitation reported that looked legitimate was 2.69" at Plant City, Florida.

The most new snow reported was 9.0" at Soldotna, Alaska.
The most snow reported on the ground was 59.0" at Crested Butte, Colorado.
