Westmoreland Weather
There was 0.01" of precipitation in the gauge this morning. The 5:30 AM temperature was 54ºF, it was mostly cloudy and winds were estimated to be 13-18 mph with stronger gusts.

The forecast for today is for the low in the upper 20's and the high in the mid 50's with a near 100% chance of showers in morning and temperatures falling through the afternoon.

The low today was 33ºF and the high was 59ºF and there were periods of rain under cloudy sky's all day.

The most precipitation reported in Tennessee was 0.29" at Erwin. The same station reported 3.4" of new snow. There were 287 reports from Tennessee.
The most precipitation reported in Texas was 0.07" at Spring Branch. There were 348 reports from Texas.
The most precipitation reported in Tarrant County, Texas was 0.01" at Fort Worth and Grapevine.
So far, 5019 CoCoRaHS entries have been made and the greatest amount of precipitation was 0.88" at Noxon, Montana.

The most new snow reported was 12.0" at Olean, New York.
The most snow reported on the ground was 44.0" at Kingvale, California.
