Westmoreland Weather
There was no precipitation in the gauge this morning. The 5:30 AM temperature was 13ºF, it was partly cloudy and winds were estimated to be 8-12 mph. There was a light frost.

The forecast for today is for the low around zero and the high in the lower 20's with partly cloudy sky's.

The low today was 5ºF and the high was 19ºF. It was partly cloudy all day, there were very light snow flurries in the morning around 9 AM to 10 AM, but no accumulation.

Last year on the 15th the low was 19ºF, the high was 34ºF, and a trace of precipitation was recorded for this CoCoRaHS station.

The most precipitation reported in Tennessee was 0.11" at Erwin. Erwin also reported 1.3" of new snow. There were 296 reports from Tennessee.
No precipitation was reported in Texas. There were 330 reports from Texas.
No precipitation was reported in Tarrant County, Texas.
So far, 5040 CoCoRaHS entries have been made and the greatest amount of precipitation was 1.75" at Jacksonville, Florida.

The most new snow reported was 9.4" at Ely, Iowa.
The most snow reported on the ground was 39.5" at Pagosa Springs, Colorado.
