Westmoreland Weather
There was a trace of precipitation in the gauge this morning. The 5:30 AM temperature was 20ºF, it was cloudy and winds were estimated to be 1-3 mph. There was frost.

The forecast for today is for the low in the mid teens and the high in the upper 30's with mostly cloudy sky's.

The low today was 15ºF and the high was 46ºF. It was mostly cloudy in the morning and partly cloudy through the afternoon.

Last year on the 14th the low was 24ºF, the high was 37ºF, and 0.03" of precipitation was recorded for this CoCoRaHS station.

The most precipitation reported in Tennessee was 0.02" at Gallatin, Hartsville, Clarksville, and Mount Juliet. There were 295 reports from Tennessee.
No precipitation was reported in Texas. There were 336 reports from Texas.
No precipitation was reported in Tarrant County, Texas.
So far, 5083 CoCoRaHS entries have been made and the greatest amount of precipitation was 1.90" at St. Augustine South, Florida and Reed City, Michigan.

The most new snow reported was 8.9" at Conifer, Colorado.
The most snow reported on the ground was 43.5" at Crested Butte, Colorado.
