7/21/2009 CoCoRaHS reports (from reports at time of blog entry that looked like they might be legitimate) -

The most precipitation reported in Tennessee was 0.48" at Erwin. There were 280 reports from Tennessee.
No precipitation was reported in Sumner County, Tennessee.
The most precipitation reported in Texas was 4.31" at Powell. There were 531 reports from Texas.
The most precipitation reported in Tarrant County, Texas was 1.63" at Benbrook.
So far 6578 CoCoRaHS entries have been made and the greatest amount of precipitation was 4.99" at Cherokee, Kansas. Kansas had 5 reports of greater than 4" and Texas had 2 reports of more than 4". There was a report from Arkansas of more than 5", but the exact amount was not reported correctly according to the comment, so I guess the whole report is dubious.

No new snow was reported.
