7/30/2009 CoCoRaHS reports (from reports at time of blog entry that looked like they might be legitimate) -

The most precipitation reported in Tennessee was 2.78" at Memphis. There were 364 reports from Tennessee.
The most precipitation reported in Sumner County, Tennessee was 0.17" at my station at Westmoreland.
The most precipitation reported in Texas was 3.55" at Bridgeport. There were 519 reports from Texas.
The most precipitation reported in Tarrant County, Texas was 1.40" at Watauga.
So far 6897 CoCoRaHS entries have been made and the greatest amount of precipitation was 4.01" at Ruby, New York. This was the only report over 4".
