Westmoreland Weather
There was 0.38" of precipitation in the gauge this morning. The 5:30 AM temperature was 69ºF, the sky was cloudy and winds were estimated to be 4-7 mph with stronger gusts.

The forecast for today is for a low in the mid 60's, a high in the mid 80's, mostly cloudy skies through the morning , then diminishing, and north winds 5-10 mph.

The low today was 67º F and the high was 82º F. The sky became partly cloudy in the morning and remained so through the rest of the day.

7/5/2009 CoCoRaHS reports (from reports at time of blog entry that looked like they might be legitimate) -
The most precipitation reported in Tennessee was 8.36" at Loretto. There were 349 reports from Tennessee.
The most precipitation reported in Sumner County, Tennessee was 1.08" at Hendersonville.
The most precipitation reported in Texas was 2.00" at Dimmitt. There were 384 reports from Texas.
The most precipitation reported in Tarrant County, Texas was 0.16" at Fort Worth.
So far 5475 CoCoRaHS entries have been made and the greatest amount of precipitation was 8.36" at Loretto, Tennessee. Tennessee had 11 reports of 4" or more and 6 of those were over 5". Alabama had 4 reports of 4" or more.
