Westmoreland Weather
There was 2.51" of precipitation in the gauge this morning. The 5:30 AM temperature was 45ºF, the sky was cloudy and winds were estimated to be 4-7 mph with occasional stronger gusts.

The forecast for today is for a low in the low 30's, a high in the mid 40's, and mostly cloudy sky's, and a 50% chance of rain.

The low today was 38ºF and the high was 55ºF. It was cloudy all day with some occasional light rain.

The most precipitation reported in Tennessee was 2.80" at Memphis (this was a 11:59 PM report). There were 301 reports from Tennessee.
The most precipitation reported in Texas was 1.61" at Canton. There were 390 reports from Texas.
The most precipitation reported in Tarrant County, Texas was 0.75" at Blue Mound.
So far, 5446 CoCoRaHS entries have been made and the greatest amount of precipitation reported was 3.27" at St. Florian, Alabama.

The most new snow reported was 27.6" at Ouray , Colorado.
The most snow reported on the ground was 30.0" at Estes Park, Colorado.

This was a very good rain event for Tennessee. CoCoRaHS will have some nice amounts reported for the 10th for Tennessee and Northern Alabama, up to 6.15".
