Westmoreland Weather
There was 0.32" of precipitation in the gauge this morning. The 5:30 AM temperature was 29ºF, the sky was mostly cloudy and winds were estimated to be 1-3 mph. There is about 0.2" of snow on the ground and the car that was clear when the snow stopped has a heavy frost on it.

The forecast for today is for a low in the low 20's, a high in the low 40's, and partly cloudy sky's.

12/11/2008 CoCoRaHS reports (as of time of blog entry) -
The most precipitation reported in Tennessee was 3.57" at Mount Juliet. (This report seems like a bogus report which probably should have been a multi day report. However, all of the other top reports all seemed like they were multi day reports also. I really wish people would read the directions and enter these reports correctly.) There were 366 reports from Tennessee.
The most precipitation reported in Texas was 1.40" at Onalaska. There were 345 reports from Texas. Beaumont reported 4.1" of new snow.
No precipitation was reported in Tarrant County, Texas.
So far, 5377 CoCoRaHS entries have been made and the greatest amount of precipitation reported was 8.61" at Donalsonville, Georgia.

The most new snow reported was 4.5" at Brownfields, Louisiana.
The most snow reported on the ground was 24.0" at Wellston, Minnesota.
