Westmoreland Weather
There was 0.23" of precipitation in the gauge this morning. The 5:30 AM temperature was 36ºF, there was light raining falling, and winds were estimated to be 1-3mph.

The forecast for today is for a low in the low 20's, a high in the upper 30's, and cloudy sky's with a 50% chance of light rain or snow flurries.

The low today was 24ºF, the high was 49º, and it was cloudy up until around noon, then it cleared off to a clear sky and enough sunshine to warm it up to around 38º before the soon started to set.

The most precipitation reported in Tennessee was 0.54" at Memphis. The most snow reported was 0.2" at Surgoinsville . There were 298 reports from Tennessee.
The most precipitation reported in Texas was 0.01" at Washington, Goliad, and Victoria. There were 344 reports from Texas.
There was no precipitation reported in Tarrant County, Texas.
So far, 5108 CoCoRaHS entries have been made and the greatest amount of precipitation was 2.59" at New Hampton, Iowa.

The most new snow reported was 8.0" at Helena, Montana.
The most snow reported on the ground was 28.0" at Anchorage, Alaska.
